Japan Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
Node Blendzone operates in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律), as amended in April 2022. As an entity providing business consulting services from our office at 〒460-0008 Aichi, Nagoya-shi, Naka-ku, Sakae 3-18-5, we are classified as a personal information handling business operator under the Act.
When you submit a request through our contact form or arrange advisory sessions, we process only the categories of data described in this policy. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without your prior consent except where required by Japanese law, where necessary for the protection of human life, health or property, or where cooperating with national or local government authorities carrying out affairs prescribed by law.
Under the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of provision to third parties of your retained personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at +81 52-241-7093 or through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period, not exceeding two weeks from receipt of your request.
Records relating to consulting engagements are retained for 5 years following the conclusion of the consulting engagement, after which they are securely deleted. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser and may be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Node Blend Zone website and any consulting services offered through it. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Node Blend Zone reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.
1. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree to:
- 01. Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
- 02. Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or to any systems connected to it.
- 03. Not transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful, or that infringes any third-party rights.
- 04. Not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract content from this site without prior written permission.
- 05. Not attempt to interfere with the site's availability or performance, or to introduce malicious code of any kind.
2. Service access and accounts
- 01. This website does not currently require account creation. Enquiries are handled through our contact form.
- 02. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our contact form. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry not being considered.
- 03. Node Blend Zone reserves the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at its discretion without being required to give reasons.
3. Service availability and modifications
- 01. We aim to keep this site accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect access.
- 02. Node Blend Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or any service described on it, at any time and without notice.
- 03. The services described on this site are currently available primarily to organisations based in or operating within Japan. Geographic limitations may apply.
4. Intellectual property
- 01. All content on this site — including text, structure, visual design, and methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of Node Blend Zone unless otherwise stated.
- 02. You may view and print pages for personal reference but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- 03. Materials produced during a consulting engagement remain the property of the parties as agreed in the engagement agreement, not by these terms alone.
5. Limitation of liability
The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Node Blend Zone accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published here.
To the extent permitted by law, Node Blend Zone's liability for any matter arising from use of this site is limited to the amount paid (if any) for services directly related to the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
